Refund policy

At Modvra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Returns requested after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.


Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • An incorrect item was shipped by Modvra.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
